PERUNDINGAN PKB BCA 2026-2028

The "Perundingan PKB BCA 2026–2028" is a series of strategic meetings between BCA’s Management Negotiation Team (TPM) and the Labor Union Negotiation Team (TPSP), aimed at formulating the renewal of the Collective Labor Agreement for the 2026–2028 period as a foundation for harmonious, fair, and sustainable industrial relations. Held in phases from November to December 2025 across several selected hotels, the program is designed as a full-day and fullboard residential meeting, highlighted by a formal and symbolic opening ceremony featuring the “Rhythm of Unity” concept to mark the official commencement of the negotiations. The event brings together key stakeholders, including BCA management, labor union representatives, and officials from the Ministry of Manpower, in a professional, elegant, and collaborative setting to achieve the best possible agreement for all parties involved.
