Description
The Jakarta World Folklore Festival (JWFF) 2025 is an international cultural festival initiated by the Jakarta Provincial Government in collaboration with CIOFF under the auspices of UNESCO. Taking place from August 1–6, 2025, across various iconic locations in Jakarta, and carrying the theme “A Harmony of World Culture in the Heart of a Global City,” the event brings together delegations from six countries—Bulgaria, Japan, Korea, Russia, India, and Indonesia—to celebrate diversity through parades, artistic performances, school visits, city tours, and public showcases, aiming to foster cross-cultural understanding and promote cultural heritage.
