To address challenges in food safety and efficient management, the Technical Guidance for Free Nutritious Meal Handlers (Bimtek) has been established. This key training aims to comprehensively equip SPPG personnel with expertise in kitchen governance, food logistics, and balanced nutrition principles, thereby standardizing performance, fostering a professional work ethic, and guaranteeing the sustained delivery of safe, healthy, and beneficial meals nationwide.
